budget,importance    budgetThe importance of Budgeting.
Is your production manager doing your accounts? Do you know how much an account person costs for 1 week or 15 days? Do you always get the feeling of having spent too much on a shoot? Have you ever asked yourself why?
Here are some tips, which have worked for some of our clients and test subjects
Make your budget plan
You will get heads of various areas of work... i.e. production etc.
Get quotes from them in writing and final quotes.... If quotes have variables make it for each variable... however much there be.
Always remember, employees don't know the real cost to company or keep in mind opportunity, cost etc. So get it in writing and within one glance you will know if it is high or low. You can always verify with mediaibc.com
Make sure it is all in writing and your professional knows he has given the costing and will be liable at the end.
Don't argue with people. Change them if you don't agree.... Only you have the product in your mind, you are the best judge, or you 'll learn! Hire professionals. See how it improves your output... There is no better consolation than knowing that it's all under control.
Tell all concerned that there will be no changes during the shoot. Your work  shall improve dramatically.
