 In
a study done by mediaibc, the most important concern for
directors was a reference.
Skill levels apart, dependability is a concern. They would
like references to their work, education (in their art)
or from other production houses.
This is a problem which cannot be fixed overnight, but
someone's got to make a start and
mediaibc will make the start.

It is also possible to get verified by mediaibc. We will
do so by contacting the directors you have listed.
Method
When the director fills the input details he has the option
to click on reference required.
When you see the jobs page you will be given an option
which jobs you want to try for. If you tick the option,
you reference will be sent to the directors..
