The software is aimed to make the process of interviewing, to one that can fit the right man for the right job at the right time. After 1998-2000, little has been offered in concept or solution to 'online interviewing'.

There are several disadvantages to the way interviews are conducted, with a growing business and inputs from all over the netwark of the business process is emmence. Within the network, lies the need for a perspective to view in the proper frame of mind with perspective to achieve growth and productivity.

  • Characters - interviewer/interviewee/business process owner
  • Hurdles - dubt judgment, insecurity, challange, peer preasure.
  • Romance - What are the possibilities with this person, where he can take you and why it wont work.
  • Intensity - both characters have had high level, mostly asyncronously

  • Ratify the interviews by assumilating all perspective, and distributing them as per pre-set conditions.
