Media IBC
has launched a unique software for the first time in India
that can actually think! It is called the "Validator," simply
because it validates the employee's potential, their
psychology, and then delivers an unbiased judgment on a
prospective employee.
Validator,
an Enterprise enabled software works with Microsoft technology
on front end and Linux technology on back end. While it is
particularly useful for companies with high employee
turnovers, burn outs and other common ailments, it can be
customized for smaller needs as well. It appraises the
employee's skill, usefulness, and mental capacity and also
informs about the same employee's mental status, psychology
and most importantly their state of mind.

a very simple module of working in which the employee sits for
some simple questions and then the answers are evaluated.
The
VALIDATOR functions in 3 broad applications, viz.: - i.
RECORDER - to record questions and store details for uploading
and downloading. ii. VALIDATOR - Plays questions and
records answers. iii. RATIFIER - Plays answers, displays
information and shortlists.
The
RECORDER helps the prospective employer to set his parameters,
upload his audio / visual and text onto the internet and
generate an internet link which can be sent to the candidates,
who can then attempt the test in our real time environment of
interview location like cyber café.
The
VALIDATOR administers the test to the candidates. It allows
the candidates with the proper links to take the test
according to the parameters set. Also in case of an Internet
failure, it allows the candidate to resume the test from the
point of disconnection.. Validator is not restricted to just
one language, it has 190 languages wherein the candidate can
choose according to his convenience.
The
RATIFIER analyzes all answers according to pre - set
parameters, removes redundancies and also,
1. Downloads
answers of useful candidates only.
2. Display's text
resume.
3. Display's the time taken to answer and number
of attempts to each question.
4. Specifies answers to
download (if the tester has some choices).
5. Evaluate the
psychological profile of the candidate.
